By creating an account on Infrajet you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our GDPR & Data Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Infrajet is a cloud infrastructure-as-code (IaC) generation and deployment platform provided by Nexgen Tech Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”). The platform uses artificial intelligence to generate Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates based on user-supplied configuration. Generated code is pushed to GitHub and deployed to Microsoft Azure via GitHub Actions. Your GitHub and Azure subscriptions are your own responsibility — Infrajet has no role in provisioning or paying for those services.

AI can make mistakes.

Infrastructure code generated by Infrajet is produced by large language models and may contain errors, omissions, security vulnerabilities, or configurations that are unsuitable for your environment. Infrajet and its parent company Nexgen Tech Labs accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, data breach, cost, expense, or other consequence — direct or indirect — arising from the use, deployment, or reliance on any infrastructure code, workflow, or recommendation produced by the platform. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code before deploying it to any environment, including development, staging, and production.

You agree not to:

• Use Infrajet to generate code intended for malicious, illegal, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
• Share credentials or allow unauthorised third parties to access your account.
• Use the platform in a manner that violates applicable law or regulation.

All generated IaC code produced using your inputs is owned by you. Infrajet retains no ownership over code you generate. Infrajet's platform, UI, models, and proprietary tooling remain the sole property of Nexgen Tech Labs.

Free tier users receive a weekly credit allocation sufficient to generate and deploy up to two cloud resources. Paid plans provide additional credits and features as described in the pricing page. Credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms, abuse of the platform, or non-payment. You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page.

Infrajet is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexgen Tech Labs' total liability to you for any claims arising from use of Infrajet shall not exceed the amount you paid to Infrajet in the twelve months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Infrajet after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be notified by email.
